Personal data are collected on or in operating our web site. Personal data are inventory data such as, for example the name and address of a person and his usage data (e.g. password, IP address).

Data which are entered by customers in connection with orders in our online shop such as, above all, invoice and delivery address and other data necessary to wind up the order are necessary for the basis, execution and winding up of agreements and for the purpose of future customer support and customer care and are processed and used by us in this respect. We use the information for processing orders, the delivery of goods and the provision of services and for the payment process. Any further-reaching passing on of personal data to third parties does not occur; in particular, in no case are data sold or passed on to third parties for any other reason.

When opening a new customer account, the inventory data and the usage data given to us are stored separately. In this manner, future registration can also take place by means of the email address and password stated without the data having to be entered again individually.

Inasmuch as third parties are charged with the fulfilment of tasks – for example the delivery of goods and packages or the processing of payments - personal data which are required to fulfil the tasks will be made available to them. These data are not used for other purposes; moreover the third parties are obliged to treat the information given to them in accordance with this data protection declaration and the German data protection laws.

The email address given on ordering is not automatically processed and used for marketing measures such as, for example, the sending of information for advertising purposes by email (newsletters). However, customers have the opportunity to subscribe to the newsletter offered.

To explain how the data protection is guaranteed and which data are collected for which purpose, we provide information about the details of our data processing. Within the unavoidable server statistics, such data are stored which the browser of the individual user transmits (server log files). However, these data cannot be attributed to any certain person. The stored data are not connected (IP address of the accessing computer) with other data sources. The date, the time and the login identification are stored in the login zone on registration.

Within the (virtual) shopping basket, temporary cookies are set in the terms of alphanumeric identification signs which are deleted when the browser is switched off. The functionality of the online shop is not possible without cookies. The user is in agreement that usage data are collected, processed and used with the aid of cookies to enable the control of the activities within the online shop. The cookies are used above all for alleviated login and the listing of already selected product views and the summarised presentation of several articles within the (virtual) shopping basket. The data in your shopping basket are stored until you delete them or conclude your shopping.

With the aid of cookies, it is also registered if you have been referred through links to an external web site (so-called affiliate or price comparison tracking). The user is in agreement that usage data are collected, processed and used with the aid of cookies to be able to see whether there has been a reference to our online shop through an affiliate or price comparison web site. If the user accepts that cookies are set, these cookies will be selected at the latest after a period of 30 days.

You have a right to non-remunerative information about stored data and, if relevant, the right to correction, blocking or deletion of these data. We give information about the personal data stored with us within the already described scope – above all about the statements made by customers in connection with orders. An issued agreement for the processing of personal data can be revoked at any time with effect for the future – by means of notice to the address stated below or by email.
